Introduction & Acceptance
ab356 operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ab356 and its users. These Terms apply to our website and all associated services.
The platform is intended solely for individuals aged 21 or older. Users confirm at the time of registration that they meet this age requirement. Use by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.
ab356 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility
1.1 Registration Eligibility
- The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
- Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any winnings may be voided.
- The user must provide accurate and complete personal information — including name, date of birth, and contact details.
- ab356 reserves the right to reject any registration application and is not obligated to provide a reason for doing so.
1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
ab356 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Government-issued identification (national ID card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of address may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.
2. Account Security & Responsibility
Password Confidentiality: Keep your account password strictly confidential. Never share it with anyone. The user is solely responsible for any unauthorized activity on their account.
Account Transfer Prohibited: Selling, transferring, or sharing any account with a third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

Keep Information Updated: It is the user's responsibility to update their account profile if their contact details change. ab356 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each payment method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Users must only use payment methods registered in their own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are prohibited. Such transactions will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.
- ab356 reserves the right to hold any deposit pending verification before processing.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Additional documentation may be required for large withdrawals until verification is complete.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- Withdrawals may be cancelled if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at ab356 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳2,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.
The welcome bonus applies only once per user. If multiple accounts are opened by family members or from the same device to claim the bonus, all such accounts will be cancelled.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for a bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is completed, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be voided.
- Some games may contribute to the wagering requirement at a different rate — game-specific details will be noted on the promotions page.
- If the bonus balance reaches zero, the bonus will be considered forfeited.
4.3 General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after it expires.
- ab356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active, unless specifically permitted.
- If abuse of the bonus policy is suspected, ab356 may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
5. VIP Program
5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits
The ab356 VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
VIP tier progression is based on regular and active play. Users who reach higher tiers may receive additional benefits, personalized support, and special offers. ab356 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play & Integrity
All games on ab356 are operated on the basis of fair and random outcomes. If any user attempts to manipulate games, use bots, or exploit system vulnerabilities, their account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be voided.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or connection issue, ab356 reserves the right to cancel that specific round. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded. Winnings that are incorrectly displayed as a result of a technical error cannot be claimed.
6.3 Sports Betting
General rules apply to sports betting markets. If any match is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the bet will be refunded. For postponed or rescheduled matches, ab356's specific sports betting rules will apply.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ab356:
Money Laundering: Conducting transactions using illegal funds or using the platform to legitimize illegal money.
Fraud & Forgery: Using fake identification, using another person's payment method, or exploiting the system in a fraudulent manner.
Bonus Abuse: Systematically acting to gain an advantage against the bonus policy; arbitrage betting.
Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated means to play games or place bets.
Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
Platform Security Breach: Attempting to harm the system through hacking, malware distribution, or any other means.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

- Personal information is never sold to third parties.
- Information may be shared with authorities where required by legal obligation.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Closure & Termination
10.1 Closure at User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining withdrawable balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balances are non-refundable.
10.2 Closure by ab356
In cases of violation of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity, ab356 may close the account without prior warning. In cases of serious violation, all balances may be forfeited.
11. Limitation of Liability
- ab356 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or other factors beyond its control.
- ab356 will not be held liable for any loss caused by the user's own device or connection issues.
- ab356 makes no guarantees regarding third-party content or services displayed on the platform.
- ab356 accepts no liability for financial losses arising from lost bets — gaming is done entirely at the individual's own risk.
- ab356's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

12.1 Complaint Process

12.2 Final Decision
ab356's decision regarding a complaint will be considered final, unless there is a legal reason to reconsider it.
